16 Process
Three layers of molten glass are meticulously poured atop one another, each reacting to the contours and opacity of the preceding layer, resulting in a uniquely stratified result. When illuminated, these layers reveal a harmonious interplay of colour and light, with the poured glass edge capturing a radiant halo.
A modular armature system supports the 16 series, resembling a branching tree, each segment carrying low-voltage electricity and diverging into separate branches. This versatile design facilitates installation on floors, ceilings, or ground spikes for outdoor use, enabling compositions from modest to monumental. The intricate layering technique showcases the natural beauty and complexity of glass as a medium.
