The beguiling work of Omer Arbel moves fluidly between the fields of design, architecture, sculpture, and invention, and has been displayed the world over, including at the Victoria & Albert Museum. To celebrate the release of his new book with Phaidon, join Arbel in virtual conversation with V&A Senior Design Curator, Brendan Cormier to discuss a selection of his most compelling projects, from lighting works for Bocci to furniture and houses, that together reveal Arbel’s radical design ethos, one which is rooted in material experimentation and collaboration.
This talk will be held on Zoom, and ticket holders will receive a link to view the morning of the event.
