Withdraw from Contract
If you bought from us as a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This page is the digital withdrawal function required under § 356a BGB and EU Directive 2023/2673.
About this Right
The 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law lets you cancel a distance contract without giving a reason. It runs from the day the last item in your order is delivered. Sending notice through this form before the 14th day is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Condition of Goods
You may unbox and inspect the pieces as you would in a showroom — handle them, check the finish, verify the fit. If handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods, we may deduct the resulting diminished value from your refund. We do not require unused or original-packaging condition as a precondition for accepting the withdrawal itself.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We will arrange and prepay the return shipment, and the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
