Preservation Meets Collaboration: Governors Point, an Architectural Development in WA USA by the Founders of Bocci

Governors Point, a 125-acre peninsula development in Bellingham, Washington, exemplifies a harmonious blend of architecture and nature. With a focus on preserving nature's legacy through collaboration, this project includes a significant land conservation donation and 16 waterfront homes to be designed by Omer Arbel, each meticulously crafted to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.

Nearly 80% of the land has been donated to the Whatcom Land Trust to establish a nature reserve with a public 3-mile loop trail. This partnership guarantees that the area's natural beauty and ecological integrity will be protected and cherished for generations to come.

The first house under construction has been featured in Dezeen and Architectural Digest. Additional lots are now available for purchase, and sale inquiries can be made at Compass. Further details can be seen here.
