Cameranesi Pompili × Bocci
Paris Art & Design Week, 2026
For the debut of 14 Mirror, Bocci collaborated with Milanese design duo Cameranesi Pompili on ORBITAL, a scenography exploring reflection through perspective, doubling, symmetry and optical illusion.
“We were particularly drawn to how the solid glass and subtle mirroring coexist,” says Cameranesi Pompili. The combination keeps the irregularities of the glass visible, “more akin to a reflection in a pond at night than a fixed mirrored surface.”
Treating each lamp as a little moon, they set the 14 Mirror in constellation-like scenes across four areas of the Reference Studios apartment in Paris.
Sketch-like structures set on Dedar fabric hold the lights in relation to one another, intentionally impermanent and almost fragile. Fully lit, 14 Mirror reads as clear glass; dimmed, it reflects the room around it. Within the installation, these shifting reflections create a composition that never settles into a single image.
