BOCCI accepts credit card payment by Visa and Mastercard. The full payment is charged when the order is accepted.

BOCCI cannot be held responsible for currency changes or currency exchange rates imposed by credit card carriers and/or financial institutions.

Pricing may be subject to change without notice. BOCCI’s online store pricing is shown in CAD for Canadian orders or USD for worldwide orders outside of Canada. The currency is geo-located according to the customer’s IP address.

Tax & Duties
All orders are shipped from the BOCCI warehouse in Vancouver, Canada. Domestic taxes will be applicable and will be based on where the order is shipped. For orders shipping outside of Canada, any customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. BOCCI does not assume responsibility for these charges nor offers compensation to cover these charges. BOCCI cannot provide information or an estimate on these charges in advance; please contact your local customs authority for further information.

Lead Times
In stock items will ship within the lead times specified on the product page. Lead times begin with receipt of order/payment. BOCCI parts orders will typically be shipped within 3-5 business days of order; BOCCI lighting lead times vary. Shipping transit time is applicable after the lead time has been completed.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are defined by product and location and are calculated at the checkout phase.

Customs Notice For US Orders
Please note that while all BOCCI products are duty-free under USMCA, the United States Customs and Border Protection Agency requires any order with a value of over USD $2,500.00 to be registered under either a SSN for personal purchases, or an EIN for commercial purchases. Customers will be contacted directly by our shipper for this information once your order has shipped. Failure to provide the information within a timely manner will result in shipping delays. Shipping Service Levels
All orders are shipped with Fedex from the BOCCI warehouse in Vancouver, Canada. Standard shipping is approximately 3-5 business days (5-10 business days outside of North America) while expedited shipping is approximately 1-2 business days (1-3 business days outside of North America) from the time of dispatch. Please note that the aforementioned transit times are provided by Fedex and are not necessarily guaranteed.

BOCCI will not be liable for any cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Any shipments delayed due to customs are not the responsibility of BOCCI.

Carrier Loss
BOCCI will not be liable for loss in shipment or delivery. If a shipment has not been received it must be reported within 30 days of the original ship date.

Shipping Restrictions
The BOCCI online store ships worldwide. At this time we do not offer delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO or US Territories.

Shipping Damages
Damages caused in transit must be documented and reported within 10 business days of receipt. Original packaging must be retained in order to validate a shipping damage claim.

Uncollected Packages
BOCCI will not be held responsible for uncollected packages nor any associated costs incurred.

Tracking information will be available for 90 days from the date of shipment.

All sales are final; BOCCI is unable to accept returns or exchanges.

BOCCI warrants its products to be free from materials and quality defects for one year from the date of receipt. During this period of warranty, BOCCI will repair or replace, at its option, components or products that are proven to be defective. This warranty does not apply to light bulbs and drivers supplied by BOCCI as a customer convenience. Using parts of BOCCI fixtures, substituting another manufacturer’s product or altering the product in any way will void all approvals and warranties.

BOCCI is not responsible for the following:

• Any costs related to installation, re-installation, removal or repair;
• Damage caused by improper installation or assembly by the customer or a related third party;
• Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment;
• Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods;
• Any change in appearance or patina caused by natural wear.

BOCCI advises carefully reviewing the product specifications and instructions before installation; improper installation or use of the product will invalidate any claims or warranties.
